Who may apply? Overseas national who has a spouse that holds a valid UK visa or work permit may apply for a similar spousal visa as their dependant.

How long may I stay in the UK? You will normally be issued with a stay identical in duration and terms to the one your spouse holds.

Does it allow me to work? In the majority of cases yes, as long as your spouse's visa allows them to work.
